The Platform provides access to sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), live casino games, slot titles, and crash games to eligible registered users.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the fry99 platform, including visitors who browse without an account and registered players who actively place bets or engage with casino games. These Terms should be read alongside the fry99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and fry99.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active fry99 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. fry99 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fry99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. You agree to notify fry99 immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

fry99 will never contact you by any channel and request your account password. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the Platform immediately.

fry99 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with its commitment to player safety, anti-money laundering obligations, and age verification requirements. All fry99 accounts are subject to KYC verification before withdrawal requests can be processed.

As part of the KYC process, fry99 may request the following documents from you:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy or photograph of a government-issued photo ID — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence addressed to your registered residential address, dated within the past three months.

fry99 accepts deposits from verified account holders via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and credited to your fry99 account balance at the prevailing rate.

In all cases, fry99 commits to completing withdrawal processing within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to KYC verification being current and complete.

Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms at the point of opt-in.

All bets placed on the fry99 platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or game type. General betting rules that apply across all sports markets are set out below:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not accepted and binding on fry99 until it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently suspended or voided before confirmation are not binding.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. These are displayed within the relevant market on the Platform and may vary by sport, event, and market type.

• Void Bets: fry99 reserves the right to void a bet where it has been placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed without a rescheduled date, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In the event of a void, the stake is returned in full to the player's fry99 account balance.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets on fry99 are subject to suspension during key match events (e.g., wickets, goals). fry99 accepts no liability for bets not placed during a suspension period.
• Match Result Disputes: The official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL) is used to settle all fry99 betting markets. fry99's decision in the settlement of all bets is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fry99 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward fry99 support staff or other platform users.

fry99 employs both automated monitoring systems and dedicated human review teams to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, fry99 will act decisively to protect the integrity of the Platform and the experience of legitimate players.

All content displayed on the fry99 platform — including but not limited to the fry99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game integrations, odds data, promotional materials, and all other content — is the intellectual property of fry99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fry99 Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any fry99 content without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the fry99 Platform using automated tools.
• Create derivative works based on fry99 content or brand elements.
• Use fry99 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written consent from fry99.

Any unauthorised use of fry99 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fry99 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the Platform, including but not limited to wagering losses on sports markets, casino games, slots, or crash titles.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the fry99 Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical failure, third-party network issues, or events outside fry99's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or regulatory action).
• Any loss or corruption of data stored in your fry99 account arising from circumstances beyond fry99's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banks) including transaction delays, reversals, or service outages.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if fry99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes fry99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. fry99's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim.

fry99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Identification of a duplicate account linked to the same individual.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a deposit payment provider.
• At the account holder's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion requests.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, fry99 will notify the account holder by email and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond where the situation permits. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited at fry99's discretion depending on the nature of the breach.

Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

fry99 is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Your continued use of the fry99 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the fry99 Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. fry99 will process your closure request and return any verified real-money balance in accordance with the withdrawal policy described in Section 6 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and fry99 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

The vast majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication with our support team. fry99 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be referred to an independent third-party arbitration process. The costs of arbitration shall be shared equally between the parties unless the arbitrator determines otherwise based on the merits of the case.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
